By accessing this site, you agree to engage with the platform in a respectful manner that honors the intimate and curated nature of the work. You are responsible for any audio you submit and must ensure you own all rights necessary to share it.
submission & rights
When you submit audio to Rue Hollow:
You retain full ownership of your creative work.
You confirm you have the rights to share it.
You grant Rue Hollow a non-exclusive license to stream, display, and feature your submission within the platform and related curation channels.
There is no guarantee that any submission will be selected for inclusion in curated releases (“Emergence”).
Rue Hollow does not operate as a record label or distributor.
removals of submissions
Artists may request removal of their submitted work at any time. To request removal, contact: connect@ruehollow.com
Upon request:
We will remove your submission from active listings and future displays.
We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from public-facing sections of the platform and related curation channels.
If your work has already been included in a published “Emergence” release, it may remain part of that archival collection as a historical record - but will no longer be actively featured or promoted.
submissions & payment policy
Submissions are free. Rue Hollow does not charge artists for consideration or inclusion.
Artists are not paid for submissions or inclusion. Selection is based solely on manual curation.
site content & intellectual property
All non-user-generated content on this site (including design, branding, text, and layout) belongs to Rue Hollow and may not be copied or reused without permission.
privacy & data
We collect basic analytics and information shared via submission forms or email. This data is used solely for curation, internal site improvements, and communication. We do not sell your data to third parties. Submissions are kept as long as necessary for archival purposes. For privacy inquiries, contact connect@ruehollow.com.
